Yes. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime β€” email [email protected] and we'll close out your account at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual and 24-month plans are paid upfront at a discounted rate and are non-refundable after the first 30 days. Either way, we'll send a full export of your website files so you can take them anywhere. You own your site.

If we registered your domain, we'll transfer it to a registrar of your choice at no charge. You own your domain β€” full stop. If you brought your own domain, just point it wherever you want.
Most sites go live within 5–7 business days of receiving all your content. Complex builds with multiple locations or heavy content typically take 14–21 days. We'll give you a preview URL before going live so you can approve everything first.
